A few weeks ago a friend of mine, Michael Daehn, moved to California to work for a company called AnyMeeting. Obviously, it’s a rival to GoToMeeting. Recently, I had to do an online meeting with a client of mine and decided to give AnyMeeting a try. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to use and set up. I was able to set up the meeting, schedule it and invite other attendees (in this case one). You can either call in to a number and use a meeting specific PIN or you could use the speakers and microphone on your PC. I’m not sure what the lag was like on the clients end but I don’t think it was too bad as they were able to follow along pretty well.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I’ll use it again in the future if I have the need.

Thanks will check out Anymeeting. Another simple and intuitive software to use for online meetings is ClickMeeting. Its a new software in its early days and has over 500,000 people using it. Worth taking a look.
